| Tiivistelmä: | Telecommunications is developing into a global service. The current regulatory view of the telecommunications marketplace is not synchronized with the development of global services. So policy makers in the US and elsewhere need to formulate clear regulatory and trade policies which would support the development of global services, and would help to prevent marketplace distortions and recognize international trade objectives. |
