| Tiivistelmä: | Leaders tend to like simplicity. They think that they can break down strategy into five forces or seven steps. But strategy is emotional and demanding, not a rote ritual or a once in a year exercise. A new role of future leaders will be to identify productive areas of uncertainty and confusion. Then, they will lead their organizations into those areas to gain competitive advantage. They must demonstrate that they do not know all of the answers, that they are willing to learn, and that uncertainty affects people in the boardroom as well as on the factory floor. |
