Tiivistelmä: | The author suggests that today even though stocks are racing, there is no point for buying at this point. All that matters now is the potential for stocks going forward, and how they compare with other places to put your money. What emerges from this kind of analysis is a surprisingly cogent case for equities-even now. Government policy is bullish, with cash flooding the economy from tax cuts and deficit spending. Corporate profits are rising. Bonds and cash offer stingy competition at best. Alan Greenspan, promised to do everything he can to ignite a boom. At the same time economists think that if you carry the Fed's logic to its end, you can reach only one conclusion: "Bull market until further notice." |
