Tiivistelmä:The goal of this article is to provide some thoughts and insight about how to integrate the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to help improve communication and understanding of team members working with the QFD process. Teams go through several stages before team members feel focused and aligned on the right things and feel value is being added by the work they are doing. When teams work together well, team members recognize and use valuable individual team members differences.
