| Tiivistelmä: | Since the early 1980's high quality has become synonymous with survival for many companies. However, the healthcare industry has been slow to adopt to the changing environment. When we fail to engage enough employees at all levels and keep them focused on the task, we run the risk of loosing momentum and not reaching any tangible results. However, hospitals must go beyond that. They must look at their employees' needs and wants and incorporate them into the overall action plan. |
