| Tiivistelmä: | Through this Southeast Asian financial crisis, the people realize that the security of bank system can not longer be measured in terms of capital sufficiency rate, especially the recorded rate. This article starts with analyzing the problems existing in China's state-owned commercial banks with exclusive investment, and believes that bad capital is manifested in banks, while it is derived from the unbalance of China's total economic structure. Some suggestions are proposed to enhance the quality of the operation of bank capital. |
