| Tiivistelmä: | According to China's current level of economic development, the background of special economic system and the internal restrict of supply toward demand, China must transform at proper time from demand management policy to supply management policy to make economy out from recession. The concrete ways are as follows: (1) continue to enlarge domestic demand, direct government's attention to resident consumption and private investment and enhance multiplier effect;(2)adjust investment structure, optimize economic structure and enhance the quality of economic growth; (3) strengthen urban basic construction, promote rural urbanization, alleviate the contradiction of dual economic structure; (4)deepen structural reform, improve market system and gradually establish complete market system. |
