| Tiivistelmä: | At present, the state-owned commercial banks are not capable yet to construct organizational institution and system. And, the internal institution of commercial banks is not yet fully in good shape. Plenty of bad assets are still worrying problems and hindering the state-owned commercial banks from transferring to genuine commercial banks. Under such conditions, foreign exchange business may serve as one of the increase point for the state commercial banks. The foreign exchange business would not be the strongest increase point for the state commercial banks unless necessary standards and intensive management are available. |
