| Tiivistelmä: | The financing and leasing business has a number of advantages and play an important role in China economic growth. Judging from their own micro benefits, the commercial banks could, on one hand, act as the direct leaser to raise funds from the lessers and, on the other hand, to extend the leverage lease and sub-lease business so as to fulfil the tasks of attracting foreign investment through funds raising and leasing. The government and banking sectors should all increase their awareness and make efforts to smooth the channels, which importance has been fully ignored for attracting more foreign investment by means of funds raising and leasing. |
