| Tiivistelmä: | Industrial cycles have relatively standardized periods. Industrial fluctuations deviate from normal rules due to impact of various economic and noneconomic factors. The main manifestations are: 1.classical fluctuations overlap with increase fluctuations; 2.static "short-side rule" maintains low- level balance; 3.extensive quantitative expansion and administrative contract cycle replace each other; 4.expansion of total volume is faster than division of industries. |
