| Tiivistelmä: | The heavy industry has exerted the greatest influence on Hebei's industrial fluctuation which is attributed mainly to the fluctuation of investment. Moreover, Hebeis level of consumption can not catch up with its economic development and its industrial fluctuation has also something to do with the country's industrial fluctuation. To weaken the industrial fluctuation, Hebei should solve the problems like low optimisation level of industrial structure, low sci-tech contents, small scale in business operation, low outward-oriented degree and poor economic returns. To this end, it should determine a rational scale of investment in fixed assets, raise the level of consumption, stimulate demand for consumption and change the single structure of funs in the source of industrial funds. |
