| Tiivistelmä: | At present, the industrial economy of Tianjin is facing the problems in the following aspects: Enterprises' ability of debt service is low. The total volume of assets is 216.496 billion yuan, their total debt amounts to 144.584 billion yuan and asset-to-debt ratio is 66.78% which is higher than the international standard of safety debt. Enterprises' ability of making profits and operation and development are all weak compared with Shanghai's and Beijing's. To extricate themselves from a difficult position, they need to cultivate independent managing units by promoting diversification of property right structure and plural of property right subject, deepen the reform of management system, facilitate the shift of enterprises' system and ensure the mainstay status of industrial enterprises in market. |
