Tiivistelmä:The paper examines disadvantaged consumers and their consumption behaviour. The original studies related to the topic were conducted using ethnographic methods with subpopulations that included the homeless, rural poor, children living in poverty, and aborigines isolated in the Australian outback. Specifically this study concentrates on the ways in which such people survive in a marketplace that is uninterested in or exploitive of them. The goal is to situate the problem in the context of larger market domain and find out the negative influence of dysfunctional business activities on disadvantaged citizens. The findings of the survey reveal the reactions of the maltreatment taking into consideration consumer behaviour in business ethics research.
