| Tiivistelmä: | The "Regulations on Supervision/Control of state-owned Enterprises Properties" has been passed in the legislative body, and will be issued for enforcement soon. The paper believes, when the market has not reached full growth condition, the "Regulations" may be a periodical/ transitional means for establishing a supervision/ control system of state-owned enterprises properties. The duty of property right/guarantee of state ownership, etc. should be stipulated in it. |
