| Tiivistelmä: | To establish modern enterprise system is the correct option for state enterprises of change their managerial mechanism. The "grafting" remolding pattern of certain state enterprises in China is grafting on the trunks with new branches of combining introducing foreign funds and revitalize state enterprises. It is superior in having radically changed the managerial mechanism to simply conversion to share system or contract system. However, in the course of "grafting", it is worthwhile to pay great attention to some problems especially the accurate assessment of the state owned assets and foreign-funded properties to evade cheating and losses. |
