| Tiivistelmä: | The managers of a state enterprise should be paid mainly according to their work. Their salary can be higher than that of other workers in the same enterprise, if the allocation of risks and certain social economic factors are put into commiseration. In practice their pay can be divided into two parts--the regular pay and the floating pay, the latter of which should be associated with the business performance and their contribution to the business. Meanwhile, consideration should be given to the influence of it on other relevant factors. |
