| Tiivistelmä: | State-owned enterprises play or played an important role in the economic development in many countries. In terms of the process and causes of their appearance, State-owned enterprises have a role that can not or can hardly be replaced by privately-owned enterprises. The nationalization process of Western countries has not come to a complete end. In China, State-owned enterprises play a dominant part in the national economy. Their way out lies in deepening the reform but not in privatization. To carry out reform State-owned enterprises should do away with outdated ideas. |
