| Tiivistelmä: | The objectives of the reform for making the property right of state enterprise clear up include reforming the enterprise system and state management system of property right. The two system depend on each other and have relations with each other. the key is to strengthen the management of property right and realize the separation of final property right from legal person property right. Share-holding, leasing and contracting should be perfected. New methods should be taken in mortgaging method and expanding leasing content and target. The contracting method and so on should be improved. |
