| Tiivistelmä: | The main reasons of the soaring deficit of state-owned industrial enterprises include decrease in output and sale, increase in stock and higher price of raw materials. It is much difficult for enterprises to handle these problems. Collection becomes more and more difficult and delinquent receivables becomes more and more popular. New business accounting system is another for reason for increase deficit. The key is too much burden and inflexible management mechanism. |
