| Tiivistelmä: | Nowadays, on the market of securities of our country, state-owned shares imply that they are state's evidence of command of stock companies. To keep such a demand and prevent too high a privatization of stock companies, state-owned shares can't be transferred to private and other communities. If they do, it will lead to twisted structures of ownership, stock prices, relations between the government and stock companies, and abnormal fluctuations on the stock market as well as misguiding the stock market. |
