| Tiivistelmä: | It is of great importance for the innovation of state owned enterprise system and hence the difficult point. It is not the natural evolution of a enterprise system, but the reestablishment of enterprise system on the abolishing of traditional factory system. It is not the innovation of enterprise system under a perfect market environment but a reform of enterprise system side by side with the growth of market system. It is not the adjustment or modification of property right structure under a clear property right relations but to frame certain modern property right structure while streamline the property right relations. This paper analyzes the various difficulties from 8 respects faced by the state owned enterprise system. |
