| Tiivistelmä: | While state-owned enterprises are being remolded with joint funds, it must be born in mind that if products of the potential joint venture identify with or resemble those of the original state enterprise or they are similar in technical processes, then the new enterprise can run with joint capital partially or entirely. The state-owned assets as investment must be valued in a reasonable way. The foreign party is not allowed to invest in equipment alone. Both parties are to invest in the form of monetary capital, or preferably, invest both in the equipment and in the form of monetary capital. Mutual-respect and sincere cooperation are the key to success of joint ventures. |
