| Tiivistelmä: | According to the meeting on economy work of the central committee of the CPC, much attention should be paid to the difficulties in part of the state-owned enterprises and serious attention should be given to resolving these difficulties. Favourable conditions concerning the following aspects should be provided for state-owned foreign trade enterprises by the state departments concerned 1. strengthening trade management and ensuring favourable export price. 2. strengthening the co-operation between industry and trade and curbing factory price 3. enhancing enterprise management and increasing income and decreasing expenditure 4. strengthening personnel protection and ensuring the flow of labour force. 5. strengthening asset management and making a good job of stock regrouping. |
