| Tiivistelmä: | Enterprise trusteeship put forward as an independent reform mode of state-owned enterprises under the influence of Germany's trusteeship practice has been accepted by the government department just because it results from exploring the reform of property rights system of state-owned enterprises and meets the need of implementing the reform strategy of "grasping the large and letting go the small". In practice, there appear several models including Hainan, Heilongjiang and Nanchange enterprise trusteeship models. Since trusteeship is new in China, some issues need to be studies. They include the evaluation of "Zhongxian model" , supervision and management of enterprise trusteeship operation, and how to determine the nature of enterprise trusteeship. |
