| Tiivistelmä: | The goal for pushing forward the reform of medium-and small-sized state-owned enterprises is to make the state enterprises locally-run ones by means of "selling, merging, assigning and giving". But in the course of concrete operation in regard to selling enterprises, attention should be paid to examining and approving strictly the purchasers in such aspects as the state of assets, their ability of operation and selecting for employment and their reputation. Besides, the procedure of purchasing enterprises needs to be perfected continuously. |
