| Tiivistelmä: | The aim of reform of state-owned enterprises is to strengthen the national economy as a whole and implement the strategic reorganization of state-owned enterprises. So we can not only strive for investment projects just for increment of assets and neglect assets stock. The core of the strategic reorganization of state-owned enterprises is to break the old system of the state-owned sector, realize realistically separation of the functions of the government and enterprises, make clear the subject of state-owned property rights and straighten out the property right relationship between the state and enterprises. |
