| Tiivistelmä: | Merger and acquisition of enterprises have the function of reorganizing state-owned economic sector. Dredging the normal channels for enterprises to enter and withdraw from the state-owned economic sector, adjusting stock structure of state-owned economic sector and promoting its law-cost expansion are their principle manifestations. The tactics of merger and acquisition of enterprises include internal merger, control, integration replacement and analysis tactics. We should create conditions for the merger and acquisition of enterprises. To this end, we should settle the issue of agent for state-owned property rights, make macro plan and give guidance, provide intermediary support develop capital market with great efforts, perfect related policies, laws and regulations. |
