| Tiivistelmä: | State-owned enterprises have an important function in the protection and promotion of China's economic development. In the reform of state-owned enterprises, we can not appraise them only by the standards of profits and economic returns. The key to the reform of state-owned enterprises is to solve the problems of inadequate funds and heavy burden. The key points in reform are to establish enterprises' mechanism of innovation including management, asset operation and marketing innovation. |
