| Tiivistelmä: | The author tries to explore state-owned enterprises' financing and debt recomposition issues from the angel of introducing convertible bonds as a new type of financing tool developing the market of enterprise bonds and vigorously promoting the full development of capital market. As a tool of investment, its revenue curve has the characteristic of "having no up-limit while having bottom". It is suitable for all kinds of societies, funds and individual residents to invest. The development of stock market lays an extensive mass foundation for the issue of convertible bonds. It creates new channels for enterprises' financing, adds new motivations for the promotion of modern enterprise system and provides new train of thought for state-owned enterprises' recomposition of debts. |
