| Tiivistelmä: | In the process of state-owned commercial banks' commercialization reform and development, due to their own characteristics and advantages, these banks not only have internal motivations to open up business of investment bank, but also possess external environment and conditions to develop such services. However, there exist various obstacles in state-owned commercial banks' process to open up new services. The following development strategies are to be adopted:improving understanding; giving full play to their own advantages and characteristics; perfecting laws and regulations; speeding up the training of professionals and the financial innovations. These methods are to be adopted in order to fully develop business service of investment bank. |
