| Tiivistelmä: | This study compares three West European countries with five Central East European countries considering working time and the integration of family life and work. It takes into account the differences in the institutional and policy contexts and the different routes to flexibility. The findings suggest that, in addition to the fact that there is a distinct East-West divide, there is also differences in countries´ internal social policies and gender cultures in the same part of Europe. |
