| Tiivistelmä: | The core of implementing the share holding system is to harden the transformation of property, right restraint and organizational bodies. It is proper for ordinary enterprises to adopt the share holding system. To avoid economic chaos that may be brought about by the overall and sharp change of the enterprises system, the enterprise had better go through the two stages of change from the contract responsibility system to the share holding system and the stage of the normal establishment of the share holding system may crop up in the process of perfection of the contract responsibility system, which will be favorable to the establishing of the normal share holding system. The paper discusses concrete contents of the reform of these two stages. |
