| Tiivistelmä: | In the reform of share holding system, the foreign trade enterprises also have their particular difficult points besides the common ones as the general enterprises have, such as the management of state-owned assets, the flow of state-owned shares, the distribution of corporate-owned shares, the evaluation of assets and etc. According to the present state policies, all the foreign trade enterprises are exempted from income taxes, but the single-product foreign trade enterprises should submit income taxes after they adopt share holding system. |
