| Tiivistelmä: | The biggest difficulty for state-owned enterprises to practice the company system is the disposition of state-owned assets. The paper suggests some solutions. Some share-holding companies are set up to specialize in business of state-owned assets. State-owned assets are turned into liabilities of share-holding companies and interests are paid regularly to the Administration Agency of state-owned Assets. State-owned shares (assets) are sold to share-holding companies or individuals. |
