| Tiivistelmä: | The new enterprise system is a modern enterprise system with as the core the enterprise legal person property system. The main contents for experiment include: to turn the enterprise into a company with the legal person's property rights; the enterprise transfer a part of the state property rights and sell some of the state shares; high-ranking employees of the enterprise are chosen by the director of the enterprise; the enterprise runs its business autonomously; and to separate the auxiliary departments of the enterprise that undertake social service functions such as livelihood, logistics and hospital from the enterprise. |
