| Tiivistelmä: | This paper gives opinions on the policies and cognition which have to be defined/solved during the development of collective cooperative economy in China: 1.the amount of tax cuts/tax-free for collective enterprises should not be regarded as state assets; 2.individual partnered enterprises are also of collective enterprises, will not be regarded as individual or private enterprises; 3.during the reformation of share-holding cooperative system, the collective properties should be allowed to split up quantitatively to the individuals. |
