| Tiivistelmä: | In 1993, at least 9440 new share-holding enterprises were built, all share-holding enterprises added up to a number of thirteen thousand odd in the whole country, total capital stock amounted to 208,632 million yuan. Six companies went on the market outside the boundaries, raised a fund of HK$ 272,800 million; the shareholders in the whole country were 25 million in number; legal system building appeared in an embryonic form. This paper makes suggestions as the countermeasures against the problems that exist in the share-holding system operation in China. |
