| Tiivistelmä: | The paper compares China No.2 Motors Firms Group and Wuhan Iron and Steel Group. Through the comparison of organizing models, business models and manager models between mother company and son company in the two groups, the paper puts forward the successful experiences and existing problems. According to it the state-owned enterprises had better to adopt share holding forms in the process of expansion, annexation and joint-setting-up. |
