| Tiivistelmä: | In the first part this article summarizes the assumptions and conclusions of portfolio selection theory for perfect and efficient capital markets.In the second part these assumptions are compared to the present state of the capital market in Slovenia and the conclusion is made that it is highly inefficient.Therefore, for longer period investments (five years and more) fundamental analysis is recommended.Finally, possible equity investments of ownership certificates are analyzed under different assumptions and the conclusions presented. |
