| Tiivistelmä: | Share-holding system raises social funds by floating stock, further to adjust the allocation of social resources. It is an outcome of socialized huge production and commodity economy. However, since the controlling-share proportion of government share is too large, no government share will be allowed to go marketing, that brings serious disadvantages to share-holding system. Government share goes on market, that will benefit both the country and its people. |
