| Tiivistelmä: | The participants hold that the share-holding system and cooperative system are two different systems of enterprises. In share-holding system, capital or funds combined, each share takes a ballot by taking part in management, receiving dividends according to capital proportion. In cooperative system, labour combined, each person takes a ballot, and receiving dividends according to labour proportion. A real modernized enterprise system should be a share-holding system. But share-holding cooperative system has the objective certainty of existence itself. The share-holding cooperative system is a great peasant's pioneering undertaking since the Reform and Opening , it should be the direction of collective economic reform in cities and towns. |
