| Tiivistelmä: | In 1992, nearly 400 share-holding enterprises were set up across China, an increase of 12 percent over the previous year. There are altogether 3700 such enterprises. Nine large-scale enterprises have been included in the pilot scope by the State Commission for Structural Reform and other department concerned for share-holding system reshuffle and stock listing. In 1992, treasury bond and stock worth 127.43 billion yuan were issued, securities transaction volume was over 200 billion yuan, the issue volume of B share was 1.09 billion yuan and US$ 0.79 billion of foreign exchange was raised. |
