| Tiivistelmä: | In China, the general principle on which large strides are made in reforming share holding system is to stick to public-owned system, simultaneously innovate state-owned enterprises' traditional pattern. And we may take the following measures. First large-scale state-owned enterprises can be changed into private or state-owned but civilian-operated enterprises, some even can be joint-stock system. As for large scaled state-owned enterprises and some middle-sized key enterprises, they can be transformed into standardized share-holding system. And last middle-sized national enterprises can become mixed ownership system. |
