State property that we have accumulated for ten's years loss irrevocably. In carrying out stock system, propaganda should play correct role, to lead to people to invest and not to seize a chance to seek private gain. if realizing stock system rush headlong into mass action, distribution according to work can transfer to according capital. We should not copy indiscriminately the experience of other country's model. |
