| Tiivistelmä: | There is some contradiction between the aims of entrepreneurs' behavior and those of the share holders. Therefore it is necessary to restrain entrepreneurs' behavior. In modern share holding economy share holders' restrain to entrepreneurs tends to weakness. The actual controlling power of an enterprise has transferred to entrepreneurs group. So China should enforce its policy restrain to the entrepreneurs' behavior in the reform of share-holding system. |
