| Tiivistelmä: | The organizational form of share-holding system comparatively accord with the requirements of modern enterprise system. It can resolve government functions, accelerate the separation of the management constitutions of state-owned enterprises from government and promote the separation of enterprises from governments. Another advantage of this organizational form is that it will strengthen the effective management of state-owned property right. To set up modern enterprise system, China needs to develop non state ownership economy and the precondition is to define the relationship of property right. |
