| Tiivistelmä: | Share-holding cooperative system originated from the idea of organic combination of "reasonable nucleus" of share-holding system with "basic nucleus"of cooperative system. Having many superiority, share-holding cooperative system is an important form of public-ownership in the primary stage of socialism. Its operational mechanism defining the main stay status of enterprises with the status of legal person, has guaranteed the realization of autonomous operational mechanism, and strengthened and perfected self-constraint mechanism of enterprises. Besides, it has established a risk mechanism of making enterprises assume their own profits and losses and a fair and reasonable distribution mechanism. |
