| Tiivistelmä: | The authors consider the class of all abstract economies with convex and compact strategy sets, continuous and quasi-concave payoff functions, and continuous and convex-valued feasibility correspondences. The authors prove that the Nash correspondence is the unique solution on the foregoing class of abstract economies that satisfies nonemptiness, rationality in one-person economies, and consistency. Abstract economies were introduced by Debreu in order to help in the proof of existence of Walras equilibrium for competitive economies. |
