| Tiivistelmä: | As to the issue that foreign capital shares hold the dominant position in Chinese enterprises, this paper discusses its characteristics and its influence on Chinese enterprises. It also raises the following countermeasures: 1. strengthening the construction of legal system which includes perfecting China's laws and regulations on introducing foreign investment and standardising and adjusting the activities of business operation in this line according to laws , 2. perfecting the state's industrial policy and guiding foreign investment towards the industries highlighted in China's policy on optimising industrial structure, 3. practising "national treatment and reducing and then eliminating "the super-national treatment" to foreign investors, 4. intensifying macro management to prevent foreign investors from monopolising industries. |
