| Tiivistelmä: | China's enterprises practicing joint stock cooperative system have distinctive characteristics and exuberant vitality and independently legal status as well. In view of the existing problems, such as no unified names, being chaotic in setup of stock rights and various forms of joint stock cooperative enterprises which are not standardized. This paper stresses that the standardized joint stock cooperative enterprises belong to cooperative enterprises in essence, which also absorb some thing from share-holding system. Such enterprises have the nature of mutual aid and cooperation. In them, owners and laborers are integrated and the amount of funds provided by every member is basically balanced. |
